The fund, for the time being, is made up of 18 national companies that are linked to the Stock Exchange and are also part of the UN Global Compact, ending the wage inequality between men and women in the labor market, the Women's Empowerment Principles. Among the companies that are in the pact are Ambev, Natura and Lojas Renner. Under the name BB Equity Shares, the fund will receive from the retail fundings of at least R $ 200 with a portfolio management fee of 1.5%. For private clients (investment over R $ 5 million), the minimum application is R $ 25 thousand and the administration fee is 1%. Since the launching of the UN was launched in 2010, 1,952 companies signed the agreement, of which 173 are Brazilian. Paulo Caffarelli, BB's chief executive, said that since the creation of the UN agreement, Banco do Brasil has increased from 12% to 16% of women in high-ranking positions. The number is expected to reach 22%. "We had a great difficulty in the past that was impounding these women at the management level in small agencies. We noticed that they stopped there in their careers. The bank had a very conservative culture in that regard. "
