Trade balance registers deficit in the second week of August

There was an increase in expenses with fuels and lubricants, pharmaceuticals, electrical and electronic equipment. In the accumulated of the month, exports total US $ 5.814 billion and imports, US $ 5.73 billion, with a positive balance of US $ 41 million. In the year, the balance is positive at US $ 34.077 billion, with exports of US $ 142.274 billion and imports of US $ 108.197 billion.
